🥒 Zucchini pancakes
300 g zucchini (1 pc)
200 g eggs (4 pcs)
400 ml of kefir (13.5 fl.oz) (fat content 2.5% -4%)
50-70 g (2.5 oz) butter
dill
200 g flour (7 oz)
2-3 g salt (to taste)
3 g baking soda
🥒 Make zucchini pancakes.
1. Grate the zucchini on a fine grater, squeeze out excess juice.
2. Add eggs, kefir, mix.
3. Add salt, flour, stir.
4. Punch with a blender until smooth.
5. Add chopped dill and beat again with a blender.
6. Add baking soda.
7. Pour the dough onto a preheated skillet; for the first pancake, grease the skillet with vegetable oil.
8. Fry the pancakes on both sides until golden brown.
9. Coat each pancake with a thin layer of melted butter.
