🍩Doughnuts
🍩 Doughnut dough:
400 g cottage cheese (14.3 oz, 5% fat)
60 g flour (2 oz)
50 g eggs (1 egg)
25 g sugar (1 oz)
salt (pinch)
vanilla sugar
🥄 Optional:
flour for dusting
vegetable oil for frying
🍒Cherry filling:
150 g cherries (5.5 oz)
8 g cornstarch (1 tsp.)
🍩Prepare the doughnut batter.
1. Rub the cottage cheese through a fine sieve.
2. Add the egg and mix together.
3. Add salt, sugar and vanilla sugar and stir.
🍒Prepare the filling.
1. Combine the cherries and starch, put on the fire, bring to a boil with constant stirring.
2. Allow to cool.
🍩Prepare the doughnuts.
1. Form a small amount of dough into a ball, make a depression and put the filling in it. Cover the filling with the dough.
2. Form all your donuts in the same way.
3. Fry donuts in heated oil until brown.
4. Remove donuts and place them on a paper towel to absorb any excess fat.
