Pickled Tomatoes🍅
Ingredients:
500 mountains tomato
3 cloves of garlic
dill / parsley
15 g salt
10 g sugar
30 ml olive oil
How to cook😉
✅ We wash the tomatoes, make an incision (as indicated in the video)
✅ Add vinegar, sugar, salt and olive oil - mix
✅ Chop the dill and parsley, send to the marinade, mix.
✅ Combine marinade with tomatoes and stir
✅ Cover with foil and leave the tomatoes at room temperature for 10 hours, stir occasionally.
