Recipe and Ingredients:
Cook 100 g of mung beans or beans until soft.
2 eggs.
25 ml of olive oil.
A pinch of salt.
Dried garlic.
1 tablespoon of dried tomatoes.
60 g of walnuts.
40 g of psyllium.
1 teaspoon of baking powder.
1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar.
A little vegetable oil.
A bit more vegetable oil.
Sprinkle over the salad mixture.
Bake for 40-45 minutes at 180°C.
