Recipe and Ingredients:
160 g chickpeas.
50 g raisins soaked in boiling water.
30 g pumpkin seeds.
30 g sunflower seeds.
a pinch of salt.
Italian herbs.
40 g psyllium husk.
200 g pumpkin.
350 ml water.
25 ml olive oil.
Grease the baking pan with vegetable oil.
Add a little more vegetable oil on top.
Sprinkle with coriander.
Bake for 40-45 minutes at 190°C.
