Recipe and Ingredients:
250 g oats.
a pinch of salt.
1 tablespoon dried tomatoes.
10 g baking powder.
150 g pumpkin, cooked until soft.
60 g walnuts.
180 g kefir or yogurt.
30 ml olive oil.
1 egg.
Grease the baking pan with vegetable oil.
Sprinkle with pumpkin seeds.
