If you’ve done our workouts, you know that I tend to be pretty high energy (I’ve been called an “Energizer Bunny” more than once 😂). But I’ll be honest -- my water bottle isn’t filled with just plain water...🙊 #ad
Rather than just adding caffeine to power through (like taking pre-workout, for example!) -- my preference is to focus on FUELING my body with proper hydration. I really think this has helped SO much with feeling more energized during my workouts AND with muscle recovery afterwards!
Rach and I always add a LMNT packet to our water bottles before filming -- the only thing we disagree on is which flavor is the best (I’m team citrus, she’s team raspberry!) 😂Which would you choose??
