Brook Benten, M.Ed. is the President of Cardiopump Fitness™, LLC. A few of her certifications include: ACSM-HFS, ACE Personal Trainer, AFAA Group Fitness Instructor, PhysicalMind Institute®, and Kettlebell Concepts. Brook obtained her Bachelor's of Science in Exercise and Sport Science, and her Master's of Education in Physical Education with emphasis in Fitness Administration. Brook Benten's professional objective is to teach fun fitness classes that break negative associations to exercise and catalyze improvements in social, emotional, and physical wellness in the lives of others. She currently serves as Fitness Director at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX.
