Yoga for Runners: The Intermediate Program is a complete yoga workout. You will feel as if you are actually in one of Christine's popular classes. While being led through an energetic sequence of yoga poses, you will learn how these poses specifically benefit your runner's body.
The program is designed to increase flexibility where runners need it most: the hamstrings, hips, quads, and lower back. It will stretch tight leg muscles and add strength to the inner quads and adductors. And like any good yoga workout, it will also strengthen the upper body, core, and back.
This is an intermediate program, but anyone can take part. Participants are encouraged to stay within their limits while being given the tools to explore more deeply the many benefits of Yoga for Runners.
