Learning PRI effectively requires skill acquisition.

If you know anything about PRI, you understand the emphasis on strengthening the left side of the pelvis with the left hamstring, adductor, glute medius, and interal obliques.

What people often don't realize is that the ability to actually shift your center of mass to the left requires activity of the right glute to actually get you there.

If you can't "get off" your right side, you can't effectively "get to" your left side.
