Navy soup:
- vegetable oil
- onion (1/2 cut into small cubes)
- sweet pepper (1/2 pcs finely chopped)
- minced meat (300 g)
* fry everything together in a saucepan in vegetable oil
- tomato sauce 150 ml
- water
- allspice peas (several pieces)
- dill
- web vermicelli
- salt
Stew:
- meat (400 gr)
- vegetable oil
- onion (1/2 piece finely chopped)
- carrots (1/2 pcs)
- 1 PC. red sweet pepper
- 4 things. potatoes
- cabbage
- cream
- sour cream
- water (100-150 ml)
- salt to taste
- ground black pepper
- dried garlic
Zucchini (light version, without mayonnaise):
- Cut the zucchini into slices, add salt
*** roll in flour, fry
- garlic
