1. Spicy for winter. Perfect for first courses, for those who like it of course))
hot pepper - 600 g
500 ml. 6% apple cider vinegar, can be replaced with regular 9% (then I recommend adding more sugar)
half a glass (250 ml) of sugar.
here too, according to preferences: you can reduce, increase or remove it altogether. The taste will be different and still the pepper will be perfectly stored and have a taste.
