Delicious, no matter what you call it - omelet, pie, casserole! We prepare a healthy breakfast that turns out to be satisfying, simple, and at the same time unusual, in just 15 minutes! Take advantage of the gifts of spring - there is plenty of greenery now! Adjust the recipe yourself! Accept the idea!
For this breakfast we will need:
- Broccoli (*grate florets)
- Hard cheese (* 50 grams, grate)
- wild garlic (any greens can be used)
- sausage
- 1 tomato
- sweet pepper marinated in salt (2 tablespoons)
- eggs (how many will you eat)
- ground black pepper to taste,
- salt to taste
- 50 ml milk
- 1 tablespoon of ground oatmeal.
Bake for 15 minutes in a frying pan with the lid closed (on low heat). Bon appetit.
