Marinade:
half a pod of chili pepper - use your own spiciness as a guide
2 cloves garlic
2-3 tbsp. soy sauce
my sauce is very, very salty and that’s why I didn’t add salt. If yours is moderate, then I recommend adding salt to taste.
0.5 tsp honey or sugar
1 -2 tsp. 9% vinegar or lemon juice, apple juice won’t do - it doesn’t have any tang.
2 tbsp. sunflower or olive oil
1-2 tsp. sesame seeds - optional
1 tsp curry
Prepare the zucchini as shown in the video and marinate for at least 10-15 minutes, longer is better.
Potatoes - more 👍
Cheese - more 😜
ground black pepper
Sauce:
sour cream
dill
garlic
salt
lemon juice
