This is the first thing I cook from young cabbage! + quick snack! The recipe for this cabbage dish is simple! We will need:
1. Cabbage steaks:
- A head of cabbage (cut into “steaks” or rings, circles, whatever you like to call it)
- salt
- ground black pepper
- dried tomatoes
- vegetable oil (brush top of cabbage)
Filling:
- 400-500 g minced meat
- green onions
- 2 medium tomatoes (cut into small cubes)
- salt to taste
- dried garlic
- ground black pepper
- cream (1 tbsp, but you can omit it)
Spread the filling over the cabbage. Place in an oven preheated to 200° for 40-50 minutes.
2. Snack - hot sandwiches.
- I distribute the remaining filling from the first “cabbage” dish onto bread and fry it in a frying pan.
