Yup, this is my little story of how I lost 20 kg and kept it off for good (mostly). And the ONE AND ONLY tip you need to do the same (if there is such a thing). This is just my honest opinion, and of course there is a lot more to it, and people are oh so individual (not physiologically though, which is why most of us respond in the same way to the same medications and environmental factors, and science, dude... do I really have to say this) bla bla bla, I know. Everything, oh so individual... so individual that we can do statistics on it to show that in the end it's really not. But what do they say if they don't want to waste time on arguing? - You do you.
So, for everyone who is not on the path of least resistance, telling themselves they can't change or that being fat is healthy in any way, this video is for you. Hope this gives you some motivation or triggers the thought process for you, cause that's all I want to do.
