In this video I am sharing all of my empties from 2022 and 2023, because I have collected them all actually just for this video :D I put all of them in this little paper bag in my hallway closet, and now I finally found the time to get rid of them. A very satisfying feeling.

I also felt like making a video in the style of Dr. Dray's "Empties videos", and it's also a little bit of a "back to the roots" video for me, since I started out with a channel focusing on minimalism.

I like the idea of minimalism for skin care and health care, because it can save you a lot of money and time. And I also think it's better for your skin to not constantly try out new products. I am happy I am over all these things now and in 2024 I want to really reduce my skin care routine to the absolute minimum and make it simple and fast.
