Personally, I started eating okroshka only three months ago.... Before that time (and I'm 25, thank God!) - I couldn't even look at it.) How do people eat it? - I thought, until I tried this recipe, from Chef Vasilich! I'm sharing it with you!
Many will say that this is not an okroshka: no radish, only on kvass, etc. etc...... So, friends, to "save your time and nerves" we thought and called it cold soup)))
I had:
boiled eggs - 5 pcs
boiled potatoes - 4 pcs
chicken fillet in parchment - 350 g, you can replace it with boiled sausage
smoked sausage - 200g
cucumber - 4 pcs
dill
green onion
sour cream - 400 ml, a big glass, but the video says 300 g
cold water - 2,5-3 liters
9% vinegar - 2-3 tablespoons.
This is simply delicious!
