Hello. A universal chest workout that will suit everyone. Exercises in training are both easy and difficult. You can do it without time, but simply take these push-ups and perform, for example, 10 repetitions each. However, if you do and repeat after me, you will really feel this power of the chest.
Workout with time stamps of 20 seconds work and 10 seconds rest. The time can be increased if desired, but I am sure that 20 seconds will be enough. It's really powerful. For 8 exercises you should get a total of about 100 push-ups. This is a good level.
