How to Add Reviewers | Proto.io Prototyping Tool
Learn how to add reviewers in Proto.io in this short tutorial video.
Collaborating with others and receiving feedback on projects is easy to do in Proto.io. Here’s how:
Step 1: Within your dashboard, click on users, select “New User”.
Then, add their name, email, and select their role: admin, designer, or reviewer. For example, we’ll add John K. Click “Create User and Grant Access”. The user will then receive a verification email.
Step 2: To enable John to have access to a project, or multiple projects, click on his user profiel. Then, scroll down to the projects panel. and click on the project(s) that he will have access to.
Once done, click save changes. Note that reviewers will ONLY be able to see published versions of your project. So, make sure to publish your project and add “share with reviewers” when doing so. before adding reviewers! That’s all there is to it!
