My personal fitness journey was not a smooth one. There have been many highs and lows. Over the years, I managed to understand how one can stay consistent and ultimately become successful in the journey of fitness. The first step is to come to terms that there is no shortcut. Getting healthy and strong is a lifelong commitment, and that’s ok! Day by day you will progress. Yes it’s little by little, but the direction in the macro is up! 2. Food. This is the most confusing part but when you understand that there are amazing healthy and nutritious foods that don’t come out of boxes and cans, you’ll realize that there is no need to restrict. Eat those nutritious whole foods and enjoy. Finally, focusing on your final form is a one way ticket to a toxic relationship with fitness. Focus on what you’re doing inside, and especially how you’re feeling inside. The body you want will follow. I hope this video helps 💙 you got this!
