This could be the best thing you’re not currently doing. Standing on one leg while brushing is a good example of habit stacking. You’re not taking any extra time out of your day and the benefits are lifesaving. Hold on to the sink at first and any time you feel wobbly. Alternate legs every 10, 30, or 60 seconds. Practice for a total of 2 minutes (the amount of time it should take you to brush).
