Simple but effective hip mobility routine to “reset” your hips when you’re feeling tight and stiff. This is a great exercise to release tightness if you’re sedentary. But also a great way to prep your hip joints at the beginning of each day.

Do 10 circles in both directions. As you progress, try lifting your knee and performing bigger circles.
