00:09 - Planning for our scene:
We want to create a modern loft with an industrial twist to it.
We research reference pictures to have a better idea of what we want to create.

00:18 - References of houses with industrial themed interior design.
Raw exposed red bricks. Sometimes with plaster. Sometimes entirely painted white.
Through references, black metal is used as one of the main elements in industrial themed houses.
Wood fittings to create warmness.

02:24 - References on layout of a loft.
Bedroom on 2nd storey with a study.
Studio style living room and kitchen on first storey.
Didn't want to spend a lot of time modelling so we use loose furnitures.
High full size windows to enjoy scenery in the loft which is located in the top storey of an apartment building.

03:40 - Sample layout of the apartment.
Usually in an interior design project, we start with a layout in jpg/png format.
For the purpose of this tutorial, we downloaded one from a website.
