Hello. Workout for big biceps with dumbbells at home. Instead of dumbbells, you can use any weight (water bottles, for example). You need to choose the right weight for you, which will be quite difficult to work with. If you choose a light weight, it will not be as effective. You must perform the last exercise with your remaining strength.

The workout consists of 7 exercises with 15 seconds of rest between them. If this time is not enough for you, you can increase it to 30 seconds. In the future, when it becomes easy for you to do this workout, reduce the rest time.
