If you want getting on edge and being in touch with the snow to feel easy, try this balance move.
While it may not feel like it when our feet are shoved into the hard casts that are ski boots, small movements in our feet help us initiate a turn and react to the snow🎿
And if our feet move, we need to work and feel inside our ski boots.
This balance move is working on those intrinsic (AKA, the most essential) foot muscles, building strength and balance. 🤓
🔸 Start with waking up those balance muscles on the ground.
🔸 Balance on one foot and try to keep steady.
🔸 If that's feeling easy, balance with your foot half off a stable, raised surface.
🔸 Be ready to put the other foot down if you lose balance.
🔸 Work up to 30 seconds of balance per side (you might find one side easier than the other!)
