Workout number two for the month of August! Lower body strength!

If you are new to strength training and just not sure where to start then this workout is perfect for you! You can do it at home or the gym! You can do it with no weights or hand weights! You can do 1 set or 3-4!

Complete this lower body workout 1-2 times a week for the next four weeks! Combine it with the upper body workout I post last week in alternating days!

Do 12-15 reps (each side when applicable) for 1-2 sets. As the next few weeks progress try adding more sets or slowly increase the weights you are holding!
