► EQUIPMENT: Medium-to-Heavy Dumbbells.

► FITNESS LEVEL: Intermediate with modifications offered for ALL fitness levels!

► INSTRUCTIONS:
It looks like this:
✔️ 3 Circuits
✔️ 3 Minutes of Strength Training, 2 Minutes of Core 1 Minute of Cardio
✔️ Timed Intervals (time varies per circuit)
✔️ Complete All 3 Circuits And Repeat Them Again x 3

►Workout Outline:
BLOCK ONE: STRENGTH (3 Mins - 40/20 each) - 2 Heavy Dumbbells
1. (3) Squats + (2) Bicep Curls + (1) Shoulder Press
2. (3) Split Lunges + (2) Back Rows + (1) Clean Squat + Switch Lunge Leg
3. (3) Deadlift Clean + (2) Push Press + (1) Overhead March

BLOCK TWO: CORE (2 Mins) - 1 Dumbbell
30 Sec: Plank Dumbbell Drag
20 Sec: Push Up + Alternating Dumbbell Row
10 Sec: Plank Hold
30 Sec: Alternating Leg Lowers
20 Sec: Toe Touches
10 Sec: Hollow Rock Hold

BLOCK THREE: CARDIO (1 Min)
30 Sec: Lateral Shuffles
20 Sec: Burpees or Towel Slams
10 Sec: Lunge Jumps or High Knees
Repeat X 3 Sets
