This is a potato salad for the ages, packed with all kind of goodies like pickles and hard-boiled eggs. (GF, vegetarian)
This amazing side is one of my go-tos as part of a fully make-ahead, serve-at-room-temp-any-old-time menu.
That formula has been my go-to for all parties for years. It's easy, fun, beautiful and beloved. Between the dishes, you can easily accommodate the gluten frees, the vegetarians and vegans, ketos, even picky kids.
