Lemon Sour Cream Bundt Cake
A lemon cake that serves a crowd, looks spectacular on a platter, and somehow tastes better the next day.
This amazing dessert is one of my go-tos as part of a fully make-ahead, serve-at-room-temp-any-old-time menu.
That type of menu formula has been my go-to for all parties for years. It's easy, fun, beautiful and beloved. Between the dishes, you can easily accommodate the gluten frees, the vegetarians and vegans, ketos, even picky kids*.
So here's my full menu:
Flank steak, marinated in pantry staples, grilled, sliced and served with a creamy, zippy sauce. (Gluten free)

A potato salad for the ages, packed with all kind of goodies like pickles and hard-boiled eggs. (GF, vegetarian)

A bean salad with a much sexier name (Cowboy Caviar) which can be a hearty appetizer or yet another side salad. (Vegan)
