And if you always wondered if you should salt the water for pasta, the answer is YES! : )
The key building block in this recipe (along with the butter....) is my homemade Bolognese sauce.

Serves 2 - 3
INGREDIENTS
225 g rigatoni (about half a bag)
2 - 4 tablespoons butter (at room temperature)
2 cups Easy Classic Bolognese or any thick, rich pasta sauce
Grated Parmesan
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Cook the pasta in boiling, well-salted water until tender (check the package for timing). Warm up the sauce in a separate pot.
2. Drain the pasta, reserving 1 cup of the cooking water. Return the pasta to the pot along with the butter. Turn the heat to low and stir until the butter melts and coats the pasta.
3. Add the warmed sauce and stir well until the pasta is coated with the sauce. Add some of the reserved cooking water if needed to make the sauce more….saucy.
4. Serve with freshly grated Parmesan.
