This standing routine is the best upper body routine to really sculpt and lengthen your arms! In just under 15 minutes, we're sculpting our biceps, triceps, lats, shoulders and so much more! All you need is a pair of wrist weights and let's get to it!

I'm using 1.5 pounds, but feel free to use anywhere between 1-3 pounds!
