This quick arm routine is one of my faves to do anywhere, anytime - all you need is yourself!
With no equipment needed, it's lower impact, but still just as effective! Your biceps, triceps, shoulders and more will thank you later!! But feel free to throw in some free weights, ankle, or wrist weights to really spice it up!
