Trigger finger is a common type of repetitive strain injury that can be resulted from sustained or repetitive gripping, pinching or pressing with the fingers in everyday activities.
While having trigger finger can affect your ability to perform daily tasks effectively, this condition can be self-managed during its early onset through activity modification, usage of a splint and appropriate exercises.
Through this video, you will learn some simple finger exercises that will help to reduce pain and maintain flexibility of your affected finger. You will also learn how to put on your splint correctly on your affected finger.
