How to do the Front Split with the Contract Relax
This is one of the "tricks" that skyrocketed my flexibility only in a few sessions! For years I have been trying to apply this method with a straight leg but it didn't make any sense. Once I started bending the knee and contracting my hamstrings by sliding the heel closer to my body, this method began to work! Try it and see the results for yourself!
