Loaded Stretching is the most popular flexibility training method today. You'll literally find it in every fitness influencer's account. However, very few people realize how it works and why there seems to be an obsession with this method.

While many different versions of Loaded Stretching exist, only one has become popular today. This version has a unique objective that separates it from the rest; however, the same reason makes this method terribly ineffective for advanced flexibility gains.
