If you have a hard time reaching overhead, or find that you have difficulty performing exercises like overhead presses, overhead squats, and snatches, you may be dealing with tight lats.

The lats are a big muscle group on your back that essentially attach your spine and pelvis to your shoulder, and they can limit shoulder mobility if they become limited.

In this video, we cover four of our favorite lat flexibility drills that we use to help our clients improve their lat flexibility and overall shoulder mobility!
