In this video I'll show you some ways to self-assess for your pelvic floor contraction.
Sometimes it's hard to feel for a pelvic floor contraction, and if you're actually contracting beyond the superficial layer of muscles and into the deep layer. In this case, seeing a pelvic floor physical therapist or using a biofeedback device may be needed.
