The glutes are an important muscle and support the function of the pelvic floor and inner core. But they can be lazy and shut down. These exercises are going to help wak them up!!

The exercises focus on your glutes and core, with pelvic floor considerations in mind. Watch the intro the first time as I explain when to connect to your pelvic floor in the movement in coordination with breath. If you have a hypertonic pelvic floor, you'll want to just use the breath with the exercises.
