The heat of July & August is just around the corner.

In zones 9 and 10 in June, we can start eggplants, peppers, tomatoes, and tomatillos from seed. Those might take a month or more to germinate and get up to size.

That means you'll be transplanting right during the hottest time of the year. That's doable, but you definitely need to be aware of the climate that you're putting those babies in.
