Great Hornbill bird in the morning sun | Great Hornbill uses makeup!
Great Hornbill is a bird that is very spectacular, one of my favourite Thailand birds in fact. I found this Great Hornbill, Buceros bicornis, at Kaeng Krachan National Park in Thailand in the early morning as it was sunning itself before preening. In this video you can see this Great Hornbill bird taking preen oil from its preen gland to help in feather care and uses it as make up!
