It would be fun to make fried rice into "Scorched Rice"! Scorched rice is a simple and delicious snack that anyone can make, can be made anytime using leftover boiled rice, this is a great way to repurpose leftover rice. Because of its crunchy, addicting texture that’s similar to chips, the fragrant and crunchy texture, makes you want to eat it once you take a bite! This is one of my favorite snacks!

食材 (2块锅巴):
米饭 2碗 、韭菜 20克 、香菇 100克 、乳酪 40克、
牛油果油 1汤匙 、韓式辣椒酱 1茶匙
Ingredients (2 pieces scorched rice)
Rice 2 bowls, chives 20g, shiitake mushrooms 100g,
vegan cheese 40g, avocado oil 2tbsp, gochujang 2tsp
