Nowadays the most popular way to eat eggplant is roll it up, so I tried it too, I used tofu instead of minced meat as the filling, serve with your favourite sauce and enjoy!
食材:
板豆腐 150克、白雪菇 60克、香菜 15克、长茄子 350克、
盐 ⅓茶匙、五香粉 ¼茶匙、营养酵母粉 1汤匙、
芝麻油 1茶匙、糖 ¼茶匙、玉米淀粉 60克、
普通面粉 60克、玉米淀粉 15克、鹰嘴豆淀粉 15g、清水 ¾杯
Ingredients:
Firm tofu 150g, beech Mushrooms 60g, coriander 15g,
eggplant 350g, salt ⅓tsp, five spice powder ¼tsp,
nutritional yeast 1tbsp, sesame oil 1tsp, sugar ¼tsp, corn starch 60g,
plain flour 60g, corn starch 15g, chickpea starch 15g, water ¾cup
