《Eggplant Tofu Rolls》
Nowadays the most popular way to eat eggplant is roll it up, so I tried it too, I used tofu instead of minced meat as the filling, serve with your favourite sauce and enjoy!
Ingredients:
Firm tofu 150g, beech Mushrooms 60g, coriander 15g,
eggplant 350g, salt ⅓tsp, five spice powder ¼tsp,
nutritional yeast 1tbsp, sesame oil 1tsp, sugar ¼tsp, corn starch 60g,
plain flour 60g, corn starch 15g, chickpea starch 15g, water ¾cup
