Max Push-up, Pull-up, Dips in 1 MINUTE (2021 Fitness Challenge)

What is up, Fit ppl! This time I'd like to share with you one of my fav time under tension (TUT) workout/fitness/calisthenics challenge.

The game is simple:
1. Do as many push-ups and pull-ups as you can in 1 minute.
2. Do as many dips as you can in 1 minute.
3. Good form/technique is a MUST!
4. If you do this as a workout program, do 3 sets with 3-5 minutes rest between sets.

This push-up, pull-up, and dips fitness challenge will hit many muscle groups at the same time (back, hands, core, shoulders, chest, etc). You can say it's almost a full-body workout (minus the legs of course). Another good news is, you don't need a gym to do it, you can do it at home or at your nearest calisthenics park.
