What is up FIT ppl! This time I'd like to share a variation of a circuit workout that can be done in only 10 minutes.

In this video, I did a series of pull-ups + push-ups + dips. A circuit workout is widely considered a good tool for conditioning&weight loss, also to improve muscular endurance. It is a simple but challenging workout if you want to target the full/upper body simultaneously.

If your goal is to improve your strength level or optimal muscle mass/gain, a circuit workout can only be effective for beginners level. Nevertheless, I hope you enjoy it.
