📝 Ingredients for baking pan 19x27 cm:
✅ 7 tangerines
✅ 2 eggs
✅ 1 pinch of salt
✅ 1 pack vanillin
✅ 100g sugar / 3.52 oz.
✅ 150 g melted butter / 5.29 oz.
✅ 150 ml water / 5.27 fl.oz.
✅ 220 g flour / 7.76 oz.
✅ 10 g baking powder / 0.35 oz.
✅ Powdered sugar
Preparation:
1. Peel 6 tangerines. Grate the peel of 1 tangerine beforehand.
2. Peel another tangerine and puree it in a tall container with eggs and salt. Strain the juice through a sieve and collect the liquid in a bowl.
3. Add sugar and tangerine peel to the egg mixture and stir with a whisk.
4. Then add the butter and water and mix again.
5. Finally, mix the flour with baking powder separately and then sift into the bowl. Stir constantly.
6. Prepare a baking dish measuring 19x27 cm. To do this, smear with butter, then dust with flour and then sprinkle vanillin on top.
7. Carefully cut the 6 tangerines in half and spread them on the baking pan with the cut side down.
8. Pour the dough on top and distribute it evenly into all corners.
9. Bake at 180°C/356° F for approx. 40 minutes.
10. First let the cake cool slightly and then remove it from the edge.
then turn out onto a serving tray and dust with powdered sugar.
