Juicy yogurt cake without flour! In the oven in just 5 minutes!

📝 Ingredients:
✅ 4 eggs
✅ 200 g sugar / 7.05 oz.
✅ 1 pack vanillin
✅ 170ml oil / 5.98 fl.oz.
✅ 300 yogurt (3.5% fat) / 10,58 oz.
✅ 30 g desiccated coconut / 1.05 oz.
✅ 300 g soft wheat semolina / 10,58 oz.
✅ 1 pack of baking powder
Preparation:
1. Beat the eggs with sugar and vanillin for 1 minute on the highest level until foamy.
2. Add oil, yoghurt, coconut flakes, semolina, baking powder and salt and mix with a whisk by folding in.
3. Line a 26 x 26 cm baking pan with parchment and pour the dough into it.
4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° C for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
Complete!
You can then enjoy the cake hot or cold. It tastes wonderful!
