📝 Ingredients for a 24 cm baking pan:
✅ 2 eggs
✅ 1 pinch of salt
✅ 80g sugar
✅ 1 pack of vanilla sugar (8g)
✅ 80ml oil
✅ 100 ml milk
✅ 200 g flour
✅ 12 g baking powder
✅ 150 g cream cheese or sour cream
✅ 20g sugar
✅ 1 pack of vanilla sugar (8g)
✅ 1 egg
✅ frozen raspberries
Preparation:
1. Briefly beat the eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla sugar until creamy.
2. While mixing, first add the oil, then the milk and continue mixing.
3. Sift flour and baking powder into the mixture and mix again.
4. For the cream: Mix the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla sugar and the egg in a separate bowl.
5. Pour the dough into a baking pan lined with baking paper. Spread the cream in blobs over the dough and then sprinkle with the frozen raspberries.
6. Bake at 180° C for about 35 minutes until golden and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Complete! ♡
