Nutella hazelnut cookies - simple and delicious recipe for Christmas 🎅🏼

📝 Ingredients for 25 pieces:
✅ 100 g soft butter / 3.52 oz.
✅ 120g sugar / 4.23 oz.
✅ 2 eggs (2 yolks + 2 egg whites)
✅ 1 pack vanillin
✅ Pinch of salt
✅ 270 g flour / 9.52 oz.
✅ 100 g hazelnuts, chopped / 3.52 oz.
✅ 5 tablespoons Nutella or hazelnut cream
Preparation:
1. Beat sugar with butter until creamy white.
2. Add egg yolks, vanillin and salt and continue beating.
3. Add flour to the butter mixture and knead into a firm dough. Add the milk and continue kneading.
4. Chill the firm dough ball for 1 hour.
5. Divide the cool dough into 25 equal pieces. Each of these dough pieces should weigh approximately 21 grams / 0.74 oz. Form the pieces into balls.
6. Prepare the egg whites and hazelnuts in small bowls.
7. First dip the balls in the egg white and then roll them in the hazelnuts.
8. Lay out all the cookies on a baking tray and use an object to make small depressions in them.
9. Bake the cookies at 190°C / 374°F for about 12-15 minutes until golden.
10. Allow the finished cookies to cool completely.
11. Heat the Nutella for 20 seconds at 600 watts and use a teaspoon to fill the cookies with it. Complete! ♡
